Welcome to LGT
LGT is registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) established to protect the interest of housing consumers and to regulate the home building industry. No company can legally enter into the construction of a residential dwelling / development without this accreditation. Bond institutions will not enter into agreements or pay out bonds for projects unless the project contractor is registered, and the project itself is enrolled with, the NHBRC. LGT is also registered with CIDB.
As a newly formed corporation with a great growth potential, we are very optimistic that we do have the skills and enthusiasm to contribute positively in the South African economic growth. Our broad objectives will be to form sustainable strategic alliances and partnerships, which will ultimately benefit the LGT and the following:
